Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 Age Requirement
To open an account and use the services at 93pk, a user must be at least 21 years old. This platform is operated for users aged 21 and above only. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement. Providing a false age will result in immediate account closure and all deposited funds may be forfeited.
2.2 One Account Policy

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payments

3.2 Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal
The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is ৳300. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Transactions below these limits cannot be processed.
3.3 Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawals are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. In some cases, additional time may be required due to the verification process or account review. A sufficient verifiable balance must be present in the account before a withdrawal request is submitted.
3.4 Transaction Ownership

Bonus & Promotion Terms
4.1 Welcome Bonus
New users will receive a 100% matching bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. For example, a ৳1,000 deposit earns a ৳1,000 bonus for a total balance of ৳2,000. For deposits of ৳18,000 or more, the bonus is capped at ৳8,000, giving a total balance of ৳26,000.
4.2 Wagering Requirement
The wagering requirement for the welcome bonus is 15 times the bonus amount — not on the combined total of deposit and bonus, but on the bonus amount alone. Example: ৳1,000 bonus × 15 = ৳15,000 in bets must be placed before bonus winnings can be withdrawn. Winnings earned from the bonus cannot be withdrawn before the wagering requirement is met.
4.3 Bonus Forfeiture
Bonuses will be forfeited and associated winnings will not be paid in the following cases:
- Evidence of operating multiple accounts
- Evidence of abuse or manipulation of the bonus system
- Registering with false or incorrect information
- Any other serious violation of the Terms
4.4 Other Promotions
93pk may offer various promotional offers, cashback, and special rewards from time to time. Each offer will have its own terms and conditions, which will be clearly stated at the time of the offer. Users are advised not to participate in any promotion without first reading its terms.
VIP Program Terms
5.1 VIP Tiers
93pk has five VIP tiers, each offering a weekly cashback benefit:
- Bronze — up to 0.3% weekly cashback
- Silver — up to 0.6% weekly cashback
- Gold — up to 0.9% weekly cashback
- Platinum — up to 1.2% weekly cashback
- Diamond — up to 1.5% weekly cashback
5.2 Tier Progression
VIP tier progression is determined by the user's regular activity and engagement on the platform. Consistent play is required to reach higher tiers. 93pk reserves the right to change the VIP program terms at any time.
5.3 Cashback Payments
Weekly cashback is credited to the account at the start of each week based on the previous week's activity. Cashback benefits are provided based on eligible gaming activity only. A specific wagering requirement may need to be met before cashback amounts can be withdrawn.
